Where we differ
Price structure. Globalfy's plans are priced per year. Ours is paid once, and after year one the only charge from us is $99 a year for the registered agent. In the first year alone, Globalfy Starter costs $189 more than our package before any state fee.
Your account application. Once your EIN form is signed, the application for our partners is already prepared with your filed Articles attached. You review it and say yes, then we send it. The decision is our partners' to make, and approval isn't guaranteed.
Filled in for you. Your order becomes your Wyoming Articles and your EIN application. After you e-sign the EIN form, it goes to the IRS by fax, where processing normally takes 2 to 8 weeks.
What you handle yourself with us
We don't include a general business mailing address beyond the registered office, we don't file Wyoming's annual report, and we don't prepare Form 5472 or any other tax return. If you'll need those every year, a bundled plan like Globalfy's Remote may cost less than buying them separately.

Wyoming facts that apply either way
The Articles of Organization fee is $100. Wyoming asks for a registered office at a physical street address inside the state. There's no residency rule for owners, and member names aren't collected on the annual report. The yearly license tax is $60 unless your Wyoming assets exceed $300,000.
